✓ Certified Odoo Implementation Partner

Hi, I’m Aksh Raheja — Founder of Solvync.

At Solvync in Calgary, I help Canadian businesses move from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and disconnected apps into one Odoo ERP system that the team can actually use.

FOUNDER-LED ODOO IMPLEMENTATION

Why I started Solvync

Solvync exists for business owners who have outgrown manual work, but do not want a bloated ERP project.

01

I started Solvync because I kept seeing the same problem inside growing businesses: good people doing too much manual work because their systems were never built to grow with them.

02

One team is quoting in a spreadsheet, invoicing in QuickBooks, tracking inventory somewhere else, and chasing updates in email. Nothing is technically “broken,” but the business pays for it every day in delays, rework, and unclear reporting.

03

My work is to make Odoo practical for that reality. We map how your business runs, configure the right modules, migrate the data carefully, and train the team so the system feels useful after go-live.

04

When you work with Solvync, you work directly with me. No sales handoff, no disappearing consultant, no generic ERP playbook. Just a focused implementation partner who stays close to the details.

What I bring to your Odoo project

Certified Odoo Implementation Partner

Solvync is a Certified Odoo Implementation Partner. Aksh’s certification supports the functional implementation work while the project stays grounded in your day-to-day operations.

6+ years ERP & system integration

Before founding Solvync, I worked as a senior Odoo consultant on configuration, custom modules, integrations, data migration, and accounting workflows.

Canadian SMB focus

I focus on Canadian SMBs that need practical ERP help: GST/HST, inventory, service work, reporting, approval flows, and the day-to-day details that generic software advice usually misses.

90-day go-live commitment

When the scope is clear, the goal is a focused implementation path: the right modules first, the right data migrated, and a team that is ready to use Odoo with confidence.

How I work

A practical four-step process to keep the project clear from the first call to go-live.

01

Scope

We start with the business reality: what is slow, what is duplicated, what needs to connect, and what your team needs from Odoo first.

02

Yield

We turn that into a practical plan: modules, workflows, integrations, data migration, roles, timeline, and what can wait until a later phase.

03

Navigate

We build in visible steps, review progress often, test with real scenarios, and bring your team into the system before go-live day.

04

Cultivate

After launch, we tune what needs tuning, support the team, and keep improving the system as the business changes.

Bring the messy version of the problem. In 30 minutes, we can usually tell whether Odoo is a fit, what to fix first, and what to avoid.
